Privacy Policy for Pelvio

This Privacy Policy describes how Pelvio (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use our mobile application. By using Pelvio, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Who we are

Pelvio is an independently developed pelvic floor strengthening app. The developer is Leticia Esperón. You can contact us at 00hazing.keeper@icloud.com.

2. Information we collect

Data you enter in the app. Workout history, settings, reminders, and any personal preferences you configure are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this content.

Analytics data. We use a third-party analytics provider to understand how the App is used so we can improve it. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. It may include:

• Anonymous usage events (e.g. screens viewed, features used, session length)
• Device type, operating system version, and app version
• Approximate region (derived from IP, not stored as precise location)
• A randomly generated installation identifier

We do not collect your name, email, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, precise location, or health data.

3. How we use information

• To operate and maintain the App
• To diagnose technical issues and fix bugs
• To understand which features are useful and improve the product

4. Future changes: ads, in-app purchases, subscriptions

Pelvio is currently free and does not display ads or sell subscriptions. We reserve the right to introduce paid features, in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertising in the future. If we do, this policy will be updated and may include:

• Purchase information processed by Apple via the App Store (we never see your payment details)
• Advertising identifiers used by ad networks (with your consent via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency where required)
• Subscription status managed through StoreKit or a provider like RevenueCat

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell your data. We share limited data only with:

• Analytics providers, strictly to deliver the analytics service described above
• Apple, as required to distribute the App and process any future purchases
• Authorities, if required by law

6. Data retention

Locally stored data remains on your device until you delete the App or clear it from within the App. Anonymous analytics data is retained by our analytics providers according to their standard retention policies (typically up to 14 months).

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR in the EU, CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Because we do not collect personally identifiable information, most requests can be honored simply by uninstalling the App. For any additional requests, contact 00hazing.keeper@icloud.com.

8. Children’s privacy

Pelvio is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Because all in-app data stays on the device and analytics data is anonymous, we do not hold identifiable information that could be linked back to a specific child.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect data transmitted to our analytics providers (e.g. HTTPS in transit). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. International users

Analytics data may be processed on servers located outside your country, including in the United States. By using the App you consent to such transfer.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted within the App or on this page.
